All our tutors are very friendly and will help you reach your true potential. Having recently graduated, all our tutors understand the stress of schools and exams and are here to make it an easier ride.
However if you do not get along with your tutor, we are more than happy to provide you with another one. You can request to change tutors as many times as you want! And whenever you want!
Pay-as-you-go options are good in that they do not require commitment. The free 15-minute session fills this need. Also our package pricing system enables us to give you the best tuition at massive discounts.
You can either:

Buy a separate package for each subject.

Buy a bigger package that allows you to split time between subjects, such as our Master, Expert, or Ultimate packs.
We have found that 15 minutes is the perfect duration for you to get to know your tutor. To avoid delaying the learning process, free sessions are limited to one per customer.
Finding you the perfect tutor is what we do. We will pair you in 48 hours or give you your money back. No excuses. No exceptions.
Lessons are organised between you and the tutor. Just please make sure to give tutors at least 24h notice.
Refunds are only possible if you have completed less than 60 minutes of a package. If you have done more than 60 minutes do not worry though as we are more than happy to find you another tutor.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
Out of respect to our tutors and their time, time missed counts towards the time you have used up.
